Web MFA Login Issues
Impact: We are currently investigating an issue affecting web logins with multi-factor authentication (MFA). Users may experience an “invalid credentials” error when attempting to sign in. Scope: Some users are unable to successfully log in via web MFA Update: We have temporarily rolled back our recent MFA-related updates due to the login issues. As a result, authentication has reverted to email-based MFA while we work toward a resolution. This change is now live.
